Why do we want you to vote?

Dorset for Europe is part of the UK European Movement. There is also a Young European Movement.

We believe that a large majority of younger people want us to have closer ties with the EU.

We believe this government has tried to suppress younger voters by requiring voter ID at polling stations.

By getting more young people to vote, we hope the government will adopt policies to attract younger voters.
